If the identity of the requester cannot be verified, IP mixer may refuse to process the request.

Article 2 — Product Purchases

When a user completes the ordering procedure for a product on this sales website, a sales contract for that product is established between the user and IP mixer.

The product delivery service provided under these services is limited to the delivery areas provided by the delivery companies designated by IP mixer.
Article 3 — Payment Terms

The payment amount for an ordered product is the total price of the products ordered by the user.

Users may pay for products ordered through this service using the payment methods displayed on the service's payment page.

When users pay by credit card, they must comply with the individual contract terms with the card issuer.

If the purchase amount reaches or exceeds TWD 3,000, taxation may apply. For details, please consult the Taiwan tax authorities. If a taxation notice is issued by the tax authorities, customers shall be responsible for paying the tax.
Article 4 — Returns & Refunds

Return requests will not be accepted more than seven days after product receipt. We recommend that customers check the products immediately upon delivery to protect their rights. If a product is damaged, stained, or inconsistent with the contents, please contact customer service within seven days. Exceptions may apply for promotions or if prior approval has been granted by IP mixer.

A uniform invoice number will be sent by email within seven days after the product is shipped.

Users must follow IP mixer’s separate return procedures when processing returns.

When users pay by credit card, they must comply with the individual contract terms with the card issuer.
Article 5 — Use of Users' Personal Data
IP mixer will take all reasonable measures to protect and manage personal data. Personal data provided by users through the use of this website will be strictly managed based on the Personal Data Protection Act. IP mixer will use the acquired data only in the following cases and will not provide it to third parties except as indicated below:

To provide the purchaser's name, address, contact information to the delivery company, order processing company, sales outlets, or other entrusted processors for the purpose of delivering the goods purchased by the user.

When government agencies, local public bodies, or entrusted parties request data from IP mixer in connection with legal matters and IP mixer must cooperate, or when the user has consented and omitting to provide the data would delay the handling of such matters.
Article 6 — Intellectual Property Rights

Users shall not use any content that constitutes this service without IP mixer’s permission.

If a user violates this provision and a dispute arises with IP mixer or a third party, the user shall be responsible for resolving the dispute and shall not cause any loss to IP mixer.
Regarding Users
Article 1 — Users
By using this service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 — Registration for Use

When purchasing IP mixer products through this service, users must apply for purchase in the manner prescribed by IP mixer.

When IP mixer accepts the purchase in accordance with paragraph 1, IP mixer will send a purchase confirmation email.

If a user pays for a purchase by credit card, only a credit card issued in the user's own name may be used.

If IP mixer deems a purchase to be inappropriate, IP mixer may refuse such purchase.
Article 3 — Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from the following acts:
(1) Registering for membership with falsified information.
(2) Engaging in behavior that interferes with the operation of this service or other actions that may affect the service.
(3) Damaging other users or causing loss to IP mixer.
(4) Infringing the trademark rights, copyrights, privacy rights, or other rights of other users or IP mixer, or engaging in acts that may affect such rights.
(5) Illegally using email accounts.
(6) Illegally using credit cards on this service.
(7) Committing criminal acts or acts contrary to public morals or acts that may cause such results.
(8) Other acts deemed inappropriate by IP mixer.
Users who violate the prohibited conduct may be subject to criminal or civil liability under civil and commercial law, trademark law, copyright law, and criminal law.
Article 4 — Termination of Contract
IP mixer may terminate the sales contract and cancel a user’s right to use this service without the user's consent under the following circumstances:
(1) When the user violates these Terms.
(2) When the user unlawfully uses this service or engages in inappropriate behavior that violates Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct).
(3) When the delivery address is unknown and delivery of the product is impossible.
(4) When payment for the service is delayed or other agreements are not fulfilled.
(5) When the card issuer designated by the user notifies IP mixer that authorization cannot be granted.
(6) When the user's payment ability becomes questionable and such fact is verified.
(7) When the product is out of stock or discontinued and cannot be shipped.
Article 5 — Management of Acquired Data
Personal data acquired through this service shall be used, corrected, suspended, or deleted in accordance with IP mixer’s regulations.
Other Disclaimers

Regarding product delivery, when IP mixer delivers products to the address designated by the user, IP mixer’s delivery obligation is deemed fulfilled.

When IP mixer is obliged to contact a user, it shall do so using the user’s registered email address. Once an email is sent, IP mixer’s obligation is deemed fulfilled.

IP mixer shall not be liable for any damages resulting from a user's inability to use this service.

IP mixer shall be exempt from liability for all matters handled based on the user's registered information.

IP mixer shall not be liable under any circumstances for damages, losses, or deficits arising from the use of this service.

Communication between IP mixer and users shall be primarily by email or telephone.

If a user causes damage to other users or third parties through the use of this service, that user shall be responsible for resolving and covering the costs; IP mixer shall bear no responsibility.

If issues arise that cannot be resolved by these Terms, both IP mixer and the user shall negotiate in good faith to resolve them promptly.

If litigation becomes necessary as a result of using this service, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

If a user fails to pay amounts due or incurs liability for damages due to other violations of these Terms and IP mixer engages an attorney, any attorney fees charged in accordance with the attorney’s fee schedule shall be borne by the user.
