◎ After-sales / Returns & Exchanges
※ We recommend recording an unboxing video when you open the product. Without video proof, we cannot resend missing items or bonuses.
※ If you receive a product with damaged packaging or the product appearance does not meet your expectations, please keep the product unopened and contact us within 7 days.
Please note: For missing items, present an unboxing video to customer service within 7 days of receipt. Requests after 8 days cannot be processed.
